Redwood Partners was founded by Ranjit Gupte — MBA, CPA — a seasoned executive with a 30-year track record of transforming organizations, building high-performing finance functions, and guiding companies through periods of rapid growth.
He has served as CFO, VP of Finance, Controller, Director of Production, and Chief of American Operations across federal contractors, USAID implementers, manufacturing conglomerates, and global joint ventures — the range of vantage points that lets Redwood see a business whole.
